The 2015 Skoda Fabia Combi is expected to debut at a later stage.
Carscoop.com's reader Mr. Christian K, has shared images from a magazine of what appears to be either very accurate renderings or the actual 2015 Skoda Fabia Combi.
Skoda has been teasing the Fabia ahead of its possible unveil later this month. The production of the next gen hatchback is reported to commence at the company's Mlada Boleslav plant in Czech Republic in late August.
The 2015 Skoda Fabia's front fascia is expected to have the same features as that of the Fabia Combi shown in these magazine scans. While the headlamps, grille and bonnet have been revealed through teasers, this is the first time that the bumper design has surfaced. It houses a wide air dam with horizontal slats, a chin air splitter and simple looking foglamps.
The 2015 Skoda Fabia is based on a re-engineered version of the outgoing model's platform. The petrol engine options include a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated unit and a 1.2-litre TSI turbo motor. The diesel lineup consists of a new 1.4-litre motor which is available in two states of tune.
While the new Fabia hatchback is slated to make its first public appearance at the Paris Motor Show in October, the Fabia Combi estate is expected to debut at a later stage.
Skoda India is more interested in the Rapid and segments above, making an immediate launch of the 2015 Fabia in the country an uncertainty.
