Not confirmed for production.
Maltesedesign_autopareri has posted a rendering of a crossover version of the Fiat Tipo Estate, which has not been confirmed for production by FCA. However, it makes for an interesting proposition in markets where pseudo crossovers are preferred.
The exterior styling of the Tipo Estate Cross is based on the Fiat Tipo sedan, but features distinctive elements such as a vertical-slat grille, black plastic cladding in the bumpers and wheel arches, silver skid plate, roof rails and raised ground clearance.
If it does come into fruition, engine lineup will include the 90 PS 1.3-liter and 120 PS 1.6-liter Multijet diesel engines, as well as petrol options such as the 1.6-liter E-Torq and 1.4-liter ‘FIRE’ petrol engines. A 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic will serve as the transmission options.
