The TVS Graphite concept has not been confirmed for production yet.

The TVS Graphite has been rendered in production guise by IAB’s in-house illustrator Shoeb Kalania. Based on the concept showcased at the 2014 Auto Expo, TVS's next scooter is expected to draw design inferences from the Graphite. Though media reports have been asking the public to expect a model based on it, TVS has not officially confirmed any plans for its scooter business.

The TVS Graphite concept was the first scooter in India to get AMT and paddle shifters.

Design cues of the TVS Graphite have been borrowed from the engineering process of a stealth military aircraft. The sporty concept scooter also boasts of inputs from their racing division. The single headlamp assembly and the front apron bear unmistakable cues borrowed from BMW Motorrad’s signature asymmetric styling, but there was no involvement from BMW for either the Draken or Graphite concepts.

The TVS Graphite was also the first scooter in the country to bear an Automated Manual Transmission (AMT). 2014 Auto Expo was coincidentally also the launch venue of India’s first AMT car, the Maruti Celerio. The scooter also got paddle shifters for a possible sporty riding mode.

The Graphite concept also has a petal disc in the front and a dual channel ABS setup. Front suspension gets 30 mm telescopic forks while the rear had a gas charged mono shock.

Showcased first at the 2014 Auto Expo, the TVS Graphite bears close resemblance with BMW's asymmetric design philosophy.

Apart from an engine immobiliser and smart electronic key, the TVS Graphite also had an active LED console.
