The new Hero Glamour was first showcased in Argentina back in January 2017.
The 2017 new Hero Glamour has been spotted again, this time on display at a dealership in Assam by a BikeAdvice reader.
The report adds that deliveries of the motorcycle have begun in the region and the bike has a price bump of around INR 2,000 over the outgoing version. The previous generation Hero Glamour has a price tag of INR 56,655 for the drum brake version and INR 58,655 for the front disc brake trim (both ex-showroom, Delhi).
Hero MotoCorp has updated the Indian website with the new Hero Glamour, but the official price tag has not been revealed. Colour options for the new Hero Glamour include Black with Techno Blue, Black with Sports Red, Candy Blazing Red and Black with Tornado Grey (metallic).
Hero promises an efficiency rise of 3 percent in the carburetted version thanks to the i3S technology. The Fuel-injected version was also showcased, but the Indian website currently has the older FI model.
The new Hero Glamour also gets a wider rear tyre, LED taillamp, new alloy wheels and a new visor. The 124.7 cc air-cooled, single cylinder, OHC mill coupled to a 4-speed gearbox is capable of producing 11.4 bhp of power and 11 Nm of torque.
An official announcement about the new Hero Glamour 125 is expected in a few weeks.
