Gets a revised front fascia.
The Mahindra Maximmo Plus facelift has been spotted testing by IAB reader Mr. Amruth Ganesh near Chennai. The updated light commercial vehicle, from the looks of it, is set to receive a revised front fascia.
While the previous test mule had its headlamps and grille hidden, the prototype which is spotted now has a camouflaged apron revealing the revised design to a fair extent.
The Maxximo Plus facelift features a wider grille which seamlessly integrates with the new headlamps. The test mule has pre-production circular headlamps but the shape of the housing is pretty apparent. The bumper also undergoes a revision and the foglamps are now mounted higher than before. The rest of the exterior is untouched while the interior is expected to have a few minor tweaks.
Mechanically, the 909 cc twin-cylinder C2 CRDe diesel engine is expected to continue along with its 4-speed manual transmission. The current version is equipped with Fuel Smart technology which puts out 17 bhp and 26 bhp in ECO and Power modes respectively.
