The Datsun GO range in South Africa has seen the addition of a limited-edition ‘Flash’ model. The Datsun GO Flash features special styling and additional equipment.
The Datsun GO Flash’s exterior gets a special look with bespoke hood, roof and body graphics and a silver exhaust finisher. It is fitted with customised mud flaps as well. Only two exterior colour choices are available: White and Grey.
Inside, while the regular Datsun GO features a mobile docking station, the Datsun GO Flash has a music system with Bluetooth, Aux-in and USB. It has contrasting silver accents and a parcel shelf in the boot as well.
The same 1.2-litre petrol engine powers the Datsun GO Flash. The naturally aspirated three-cylinder mill produces 50 kW (68 PS) at 5,000 rpm and 104 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. A 5-speed manual transmission sends drive to the front wheels. The fuel economy and CO2 emissions rating are 19.23 km/l (5.2 L/100 km) and 123 g/km respectively.
