Cross version of the Honda Jazz will meet the Brazilian market in the first half of 2017.
The India-bound Honda WR-V has once again been spied testing in Brazil, ahead of its world debut at the 2016 Sao Paulo Auto Show in November. It is expected to be priced between R$ 69,000 and R$ 85,000 when it heads into the Brazilian marketplace next year.
Reports suggest that the styling of the Honda WR-V will be similar to the model it's based on - the Honda Jazz - but incorporate unique design touches and features for a rugged look. In Brazil, the WR-V will enter the pseudo-crossover segment comprising of the new Chevrolet Onix Activ, Hyundai HB20X, VW CrossFox and the Renault Sandero Stepway.
The Honda WR-V will source the 1.5L iVTEC FlexOne engine from the Honda Fit (Jazz), which produces 115 hp and 152 Nm with petrol or 116 hp and 153 Nm of torque with ethanol. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual or an EarthDreams CVT option.
