Bajaj Auto is looking towards the ASEAN region to replicate the initial success it received in Africa.
Bajaj Auto will be launching three motorcycles in Malaysia on 19 May. Teasers issued by Bajaj's local partner, Malaysian two-wheeler company Modenas, show the Bajaj Pulsar 200NS and the Bajaj Pulsar RS200.
What’s interesting to note in the teaser is that the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 dons red decals unlike the BSIV Graphite Black sold in India. The red decals were previously seen in the BSIII compliant Demon Black shade. The lower part of the fairing though gets a grey shade like the present colour scheme retailed in India.

The third motorcycle is touted as the flagship Bajaj Dominar 400. A report in MoneyControl does confirm that Bajaj is in talks with Modenas to produce the motorcycles in Malaysia and Rajiv Bajaj, Managing Director, Bajaj Auto has said that ‘it's very likely to happen’.
Both the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 and Bajaj Pulsar 200NS get a 199.5 cc mill but with a fuel injection and carburettor respectively. The faired variant produces 24.5 PS of power while the naked roadster churns out 23.5 PS. The specifications for the Malaysian market will be announced on 19 May.
The Bajaj Pulsar 200NS and Bajaj Pulsar RS200 (ABS trim) have been priced in India at INR 96,453 and INR 133,883 respectively (both ex-showroom, Delhi).
