The Kawasaki Ninja 1000 gains a new instrumentation console.
India Kawasaki Motors Pvt Ltd has launched the 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 in India at an exciting price tag of INR 9.98 lakhs (ex-showroom, all-India). The bike is brought to India via the Semi-Knocked Down (SKD) channel and has helped the price tag go down by nearly INR 3 lakhs.

The 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 gets better wind protection and a clear mount pannier system. The bike also gets dual LED headlamps, LED position lamp and advanced electronics package.
The electronics include Kawasaki Cornering Management function with a compact Bosch IMU, Kawasaki Intelligent anti-lock Brake System. The new linkage in the rear suspension system has brought down the seat height from 820 mm to 815 mm.
Powering the 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 is a Euro 4 compliant mill displacing 1,043 cc, and in the in-line 4 cylinder config. Coupled to a 6-speed gearbox, the engine is capable of producing 142 PS of maximum power and 111 Nm of peak torque.
The bike also gets adjustable clutch lever, longer and thicker pillion seat, rubber mounted foot pegs and a change in fairing which helps the rider be protected from engine heat.

The 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 is available in black and green colour options and is limited to just 20 units in India.
