According to an undisguised spyshot of the 2016 Hyundai HB20, it gets a bigger hexagonal grille with chrome surrounds, a re-profiled front bumper with round fog lamps, and new headlight clusters. Although the rear-end is not revealed yet, it is expected to sport updated taillight clusters and bumper.
The only mechanical change reported so far is a new 6-speed automatic transmission that will replace the 4-speed unit offered with the 1.6-liter flex-fuel engine. The 1.6-liter motor produces 128 hp and 161.6 Nm of torque, while lower variants are likely to continue sourcing power from a 1.0-liter flex fuel engine producing 80 hp and 100 Nm of torque, passing it through a 5-speed manual gearbox.
