New Endeavour comes in early next year.
The 2016 Ford Endeavour has been spotted in Chennai by our deputy editor Anjan Ravi. What appears to be one of the trial-production mules is identified to be the Ford Endeavour Titanium 4x4 variant.

This is the first time the chrome trim at the rear end that reads "Endeavour" is clearly seen on the SUV. In all overseas markets, the Ranger-based SUV is known as the Ford Everest, wherein the chrome appliqué bears the "Everest" branding. The 7-seater will be imported to India via CKD route from Thailand, and it will be assembled at the company's plant in Chennai, like with the outgoing Endeavour.
The next generation Ford Endeavour is reported to be offered in India with two powertrains - a 2.2-litre four-cylinder TDCI motor with a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 3.2-litre five-cylinder TDCI motor mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The former would be capable of 148 bhp maximum power while the latter packs 197 bhp under the hood. The higher-positioned variants with the larger-displacement engine will receive the option of 4WD, say unverified reports.

Speaking to Indian Autos Blog at a recent media drive, Mr. Nigel Harris, President and Managing Director of Ford India, said "You’ll start to see the (new) Endeavour before the end of this year, to look at, but in reality we’ll bring it early next year."
