Mahindra 2 wheelers' flagship product needs no introduction.

After being plagued by delays and multiple almost-launches, the Mahindra Mojo looks like it is ready for the market, again. This time, a report from Motoroids says that the rider using the test mule allegedly informed its reader that the Mojo is set to have a power output of 31.2 bhp.

The test mule spotted here is seen with a new chrome-plated dual exhaust, refreshed grab rails, and repositioned graphics.

In the images of the test mule, the bike sports more new parts. The latest iteration of the much-delayed bike has fat chrome-plated exhausts on both sides of the rear wheel and a Mahindra badge plate on the fuel tank's side bottom.

However, the figure of 31.2 bhp (up from 27 hp output of the Auto Expo bike) sounds legitimate for a single-cylinder 295 cc liquid-cooled engine. To put things in perspective, the powerful KTM Duke RC390 with a 373 cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine makes 42.91 bhp.

Mahindra Mojo front three quarter right live
Back at the 2014 Auto Expo, Mahindra showcased what it had then titled the production version of the Mojo.

Some of the other new parts spotted on the test mule in Pune were new rear grab handles, graphics on the engine sides, and minor repositioning of the brand name. Mahindra has taken more than the standard product development time for the Mojo. Despite the company showing off the production Mojo for the first time at the 2014 Auto Expo (and the concept motorcycle almost 5 years ago), the 300 cc segment is still largely unexplored in the Indian motorcycle market.
