Not likely to be launched in India.
The TVS Dazz 110 cc step-through ('bebek' in Indonesia) continues testing in India and here is a set of spyshots from Motorbeam.
The automatic moped is manufactured and sold exclusively in Indonesia. The Dazz is at the entrance of TVS' full-fledged lineup of bebeks that is populated with the Rockz 125, Neo XR and Tormax 150.
The test mule looks exactly similar to the existing model, suggesting that the Indian two-wheeler major is testing an updated powertrain package. The presence of the Dazz in India need not necessarily mean it is getting ready to enter the market. The step-through shares its 109.7 cc engine with a number of India-spec TVS products and hence a locally developed technology or a component could be on test.
The single-cylinder air-cooled motor develops 8.34 bhp and 8.3 Nm of torque and is mated to a CVT. The front telescopic fork and a single-sided coil spring at the rear constitute the suspension system. The front wheel is retarded by a disc while the rear wheel settles for a drum brake.
