Force Motors is preparing to launch the revised version of the Force Trax Gurkha SUV.
The Pune based vehicle manufacturer has been testing the car extensively and this time our good friends at Motorbash.com have managed to snap the interiors of what is widely acknowledged as one of India's better off-roaders.
The Trax Gurkha in one of the very few affordable off-roaders which have the go-anywhere capability. The revised car is expected to further improve its strengths when it comes to hardcore off-roading.
The SUV's exterior had been spied previously and now we have the interior snagged. There is nothing much changing by the looks of it.
The overall plastic quality appears to have improved and the cabin layout and design remains mostly the same. The aircon vents which were rectangular in the previous model is now circular and wider.
The instrument control has a trip meter and the speedometer with the speed marking up till 140 kmph. The space on offer at the rear is adequate to accommodate three medium-sized passengers in reasonable comfort.
The previous generation Gurkha had a 2.6-litre 75 bhp engine whereas the new Gurkha is rumored to have the 2.2 litre engine which powers the Force One, developing 140 bhp, mated to a 4x4 system with lockable differential.
The Trax Gurkha is expected to be launched once the two new promised variants of the Force One roll out.
