Ciaz will also have its Indonesian premiere at the show.
The Maruti Ertiga facelift (Suzuki Ertiga facelift) will have its premiere on August 20, 2015 at the GIIAS (Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show), a company official confirmed to AutoBild Indonesia. Andy Tjahjono, 4W Sales Director of PT SIS (Suzuki Indomobil Sales), told the publication that the company will have 27 cars on display, including the Ciaz and the Ertiga facelift.
Spyshots have shown the Ertiga facelift with a new grille and front bumper, and a new chrome applique for the rear registration plate enclosure. The interior of the MPV could see feature additions such as an engine starter button, phone controls on the steering wheel, smart entry and electrically folding wing mirrors.
While the engines of the Ertiga will remain the same, they would be tweaked for improved fuel efficiency. The pre-facelift model with the 1.4-liter K-Series petrol sees an efficiency of 16.02 km/l while the 1.3-liter DDiS diesel engine delivers 20.77 km/l, both of which are not class-leading figures. Maruti could dethrone the Honda Mobilio (current fuel efficiency leader) in this department.

The Ertiga for the Indonesian market is exported by Maruti Suzuki by way of CKD (Completely Knocked Down) kits. Hence, an Indian launch of the updated MPV is expected around the August-September period.
