Gets a bench-type front seat.
The Mahindra S101 (codename) reveals a small portion of its interior in these latest spyshots snapped by a MotorBeam reader.
Seen inside is a 3-spoke steering wheel with integrated controls for the music system, an instrument cluster (which seems to get the dial-inside-dial theme like the XUV500), and a multi-information display for readouts like the tripmeter, fuel efficiency etc.
The central AC vents get a rectangular shape while the ones on the side sport a pentagon-like design. As revealer earlier, the gearlever of the S101 is integrated with the dashboard (much like the Datsun Go), and this has allowed for a bench-type seat at the front, again a la Datsun Go.
Apart from accommodating the gearlever, the center console also houses a music system and controls for the AC system, which could be an automatic climate control system in case of the top-end variant.

The S101 is based on an all-new monocoque platform, and will be powered by newly developed three-cylinder petrol and diesel engines. When launched next year, it would be the smallest product from the Indian manufacturer barring the sub-4 metre Verito Vibe.
