Polaris India has announced the opening of a new dealership of Indian Motorcycle in Kochi. The new outlet, EVM Automobiles, is the first in the South-West part and eighth dealership of the brand in India.

Located near Reliance Petroleum Outlet, Bldg. No. 30/910, Thykoodam, Vytilla, Kochi – 682019 Kerala, the new outlet would offer Indian Chief Classic, Indian Chief Vintage, Indian Chieftain, Indian Chief Dark Horse, Indian Scout, Indian Roadmaster, Indian Scout Sixty and the Indian Scout Bobber. Pankaj Dubey, Managing Director, Polaris India and Sabu Johny inaugurated the new showroom.
Speaking about the inauguration of the new outlet and the importance of the city as the gateway of South-West India, Pankaj Dubey said:

Apart from Kochi, the Indian Motorcycle dealerships in India are located in New Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, and Guwahati. A new dealership is coming to Jaipur very soon.

Meanwhile, bookings for the new Indian FTR 1200 S are open at all Indian Motorcycle dealerships for a token amount of INR 2 lakh. 'FTR' stands for 'Flat Track Race' bike. The motorcycle can be purchased in two options – the FTR 1200 S and FTR 1200 S Race Replica and have been priced at INR 14.99 lakh and INR 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively. The deliveries of the FTR 1200 S duo would commence from April 2019 onwards.
