Hyundai i10 N Line leaked, to debut in Frankfurt tomorrow

The next-gen Euro-spec Hyundai i10 was officially revealed last week. In the latest, the first-ever Hyundai i10 N Line has leaked online. Both cars will debut at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show tomorrow.

The circular LED DRLs with embedded hexagonal lighting elements on the regular Hyundai i10 have been replaced with sportier gill-shaped LED strips on the Hyundai i10 N Line.

From the limited view the spy picture (above) provides the first-ever Hyundai i10 N Line seems to flaunt a bigger, blacked radiator grille in a unique design. Also, the circular LED DRLs with embedded hexagonal lighting elements have been replaced with sportier gill shaped LED strips. Though the side profile isn't visible in the picture, like all the N Line models seen in the past, even this one will feature sportier looking alloy wheels which will be bigger too. Furthermore, it is also expected to come kitted with a dual exhaust system. It will be safe to say that the i10 GT Line will carry the similar updates as its sister model Kia Picanto GT Line.

The regular Hyundai i10 will be offered with a 1.0-litre MPi three-cylinder engine and a 1.2-litre MPi four-cylinder engine. The smaller unit churns out 67 PS of maximum power and 96 Nm of torque while the bigger 1.2-litre engine puts out 84 PS and 118 Nm torque. These engines feature Idle Stop and Go (ISG) engine stop-start system. The transmission choices will bbe 5-speed manual and 5-speed automated manual units. In addition to a stiffer suspension setup which will aid to better handling and driving dynamics, the Hyundai i10 N Line will sport a 100 PS/120 PS 1.0L T-GDI petrol engine coupled to a MT or a DCT.
