The Creta in this video is the SX variant, fitted with a CRDi diesel engine paired to a 6-speed manual transmission. According to a leaked brochure, the SX variant will be sold only with the more powerful 1.6-liter diesel engine which generates 128 PS. The same engine with a 6-speed automatic transmission will also be available on the SX+ trim.
However, even the SX variant will offer 16-inch alloy wheels, projector headlights with cornering lights, reverse parking sensors, automatic climate control, steering mounted audio controls, a Bluetooth enabled 2-DIN music system and dual front airbags.
The Creta will also come with a 1.4-liter diesel engine and a 1.6-liter Dual VTVT petrol which is capable of 123 PS. The 1.4L diesel and 1.6L petrol will be sold with a 6-speed manual gearbox only.

All variants of the Creta will be front-wheel drive. An AWD variant is under serious consideration however, HMIL officials acknowledged at the preview of the Creta in Chennai last month.
