The Honda Mobilio was snapped inside Honda's training center, where the staff of the company are expected to be given demonstrations of the car.
The Mobilio is set to go on sale in India in late July, and official pre-bookings for the MPV will commence early next month. A few dealers however, may have already started accepting orders for the car though this is being done on an unofficial basis.
The Indonesian-spec Mobilio measures 4,386 mm in length, 1,683 mm in width, 1,603 mm in height and boasts a wheelbase of 2,650 mm. The MPV is powered by the new City's 1.5-liter petrol engine in Indonesia and produces 118 PS and 145 Nm of torque.
For India, Honda will introduce the Mobilio with the 1.5-liter diesel engine along with a petrol engine. The diesel is capable of producing 100 PS and 200 Nm of torque on cars like the Amaze and the new City.
The three-row, 7-seat MPV based on the Honda Brio's platform will be positioned and priced in between the Maruti Ertiga and the Toyota Innova. In a run up to its launch, the vehicle is being showcased at various shopping centers in India this month and the next.
