The accessory list for Honda’s flagship adventure motorcycle, the Africa Twin has been revealed with prices. The most notable ones include top box, side crash pipes, low and high accessory seats, bigger windscreen, centre stand, accessory socket, LED fog lights, upper and lower air deflectors, U-lock, DCT pedal shifter and body cover.
The most expensive among the lot is the crash pipe, which costs INR 39,720 (MRP). The DCT pedal shifter is available at a maximum retail price of INR 33,610 while the main stand costs INR 14,110.
The Africa Twin has a 999.11 cc parallel twin liquid-cooled engine which belts out 88 PS of maximum power at 7,500 rpm and 91.9 Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. The USP of this bike is the Dual Clutch Transmission, which allows hassle-free riding both on and off the road.

The bike uses 45mm Showa adjustable inverted forks up front and adjustable rear monoshock. The front offers 230 mm travel while the rear gives 220 mm. The ground clearance is at 250 mm. The bike comes with switchable ABS, multi-level traction control and different ride modes as well.

The Honda Africa Twin is Honda’s largest capacity motorcycle to be assembled in India. Costing INR 13,06,927, ex-showroom Delhi, the bike competes with Ducati Multistrada 950, Triumph Tiger 800 and the soon-to-be-updated Suzuki V-Strom 1000.
