Debuts at the Geneva Motor Show this March.
A render of the Fiat Tipo hatchback was featured in a video by Show Car, which offers a look at the side profile of the Fiat Bravo replacement. The Ford Focus/Seat Leon rival is expected to debut at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show in March.
The front-end of the hatchback is largely identical to the Fiat Tipo sedan, which is already available for sale in Italy at prices starting from EUR 12,500.The rear end of the Fiat Tipo hatchback sports boomerang-shaped taillamps that extend to the side, a chrome strip connecting the taillamps, subtle rear spoiler and concealed exhaust pipes.
The engine lineup will be sourced from its sedan brother, which includes a 90 PS 1.3-liter and 120 PS 1.6-liter Multijet diesel engines, along with a 1.6-liter E-Torq and a 1.4-liter ‘FIRE’ petrol engines. A 5-speed manual, 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic will serve as its gearbox options.
The interior will be similar to the sedan sibling, and will be a step-up from that of the Fiat Bravo. It gets a flowing dashboard with silver trim, a multi-function steering wheel, and features like a 5-inch UConnect infotainment system, 3.5-inch TFT display, electro-chromic rear-view mirror, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, ABS with EBD and ESC, and an auto climate control.
