The Pulsar NS160 has not been officially confirmed for India.
The Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is now available in Turkey at a price tag of TRY 9,830 (INR 1.79 lakhs). The bike is Euro 4 compliant.
Powering the 2017 Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is a 160.3 cc single cylinder, oil-cooled, 4-valve mill. The engine is coupled to a 5-speed gearbox and puts out 15.5 PS of maximum power at 8,500 rpm and 14.6 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm. In comparison, the Pulsar NS150 produced 17 PS of power and 13 Nm of torque.
The design philosophy of the Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is the same as the 2017 Bajaj Pulsar 200NS. Brakes include a disc brake in the front and drum setup in the rear. A single-channel ABS has been offered on the front wheel as another safety feature. Colour options include Blue-Black, Red-Black and White-Black.
The fuel tank can store 12 litres of petrol, and the switchgear is backlit. Tyres are tubeless, and the perimeter frame is made from compressed steel. The motorcycle tips the scale at 135 kg.
The Bajaj Pulsar NS160 gets a 100/80-17 specification tyre in the front and an 110/70-17 spec unit in the rear.
