Market launch reported on January 20.
These spyshots of the all-new TVS Apache 200 give a clear idea as to what to expect from the KTM Duke 200 rival. Snapped in Tamil Nadu by Autocar India reader, Mr. Kannan T Mani, the Apache 200 has styling inspiration tricking down from the TVS Draken concept which was shown at the Auto Expo 2014.
The headlight cluster looks largely similar to the current Apache, though details like the tank and rear panels feature a sculpted look. The motorcycle rides on black, 10-spoke alloy rims and features a smart exhaust canister ending with dual outlets. Clip-on handlebars further accentuate the Apache 200's racing intentions. Spyshots have also shown the motorcycle with a fully-digital instrument cluster.
The Apache 200 will be powered by a 200 cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke, oil-and-air-cooled engine with reports suggesting outputs of 28 PS and 20 Nm of torque, paired likely to a 5-speed gearbox. While the test vehicle sports petal-type disc brakes at both ends, ABS will reportedly not be standard on the India-spec model.

Spyshots of the TVS Apache 200 from Indonesia suggest that the motorcycle will be available with TVS tyres or Pirelli rubber, which could be dependent on the market or the variant. TVS is expected to launch the motorcycle on January 20, 2016.
