The official press image of the 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 has been revealed by Bajaj Auto on its official website.
Earlier this week, the 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 was revealed through Bajaj Auto’s new TVC for the ‘World’s Favourite India’ brand campaign. For 2019, the new Dominar 400 comes equipped with cosmetic as well as mechanical upgrades. For instance, the motorcycle features silver-finished upside-down (USD) forks, new twin-port exhaust system, updated rear-view mirrors and a reprofiled front mudguard.
Mechanically, the new Dominar 400 is expected to feature an updated engine, which will be powerful and more refined. The current model uses a 373.2cc SOHC, liquid-cooled motor that produces 35 PS of power and 35 Nm of peak torque, A slipper-clutch assisted six-speed gearbox performs the exchange duties.
The new twin-port exhaust system on the 2019 Dominar 400 features an in-built catalytic converter. Apart from the added functionality, it should result in some amount of weight savings. The new Bajaj Dominar 400 will receive an updated instrument cluster, which will display additional information like gear position indicator, service reminder, average fuel economy and much more.

Bajaj dealerships in Mumbai have started taking private bookings for the new Dominar 400. We reported on 19 January that the 2019 Dominar 400 will be introduced in India by the end of this month. We expect the new Dominar 400 to be priced around INR 1.80 lakh (ex-showroom).
