2019 Maruti Baleno Facelift Sigma Features
The 2019 Maruti Baleno is safer thanks to the addition of co-driver SBR and speed alert system as well as the standard fitment of reverse parking sensors.

Maruti Suzuki will sell the 2019 Baleno in Sigma, Delta, Zeta and Alpha grades. New features of the Sigma grade include refreshed black and blue upholstery, reverse parking sensors, speed alert system and co-driver SBR. The Delta grade has gained LED projector headlamps with a light guide and a new audio system with electrostatic touch buttons.

The Zeta and Alpha grades flaunt new precision-cut alloy wheels, but they’re probably smaller than the alloy wheels of the old model. Their key features include a new SmartPlay infotainment system as well. The Alpha grade has premium LED rear combination lamps as well.

In terms of design, the Maruti Baleno hasn’t changed significantly. Most visual changes are on the outside. At the front, the facelift brings a new upper grille, new lower grille, sportier bumper, and new fog lamp housings. As mentioned above, the other exterior tweaks include new precision-cut alloy wheels, and premium LED rear combination lamps. Inside, the updated car features refreshed black and blue upholstery and new ornamentation.

The 2019 Maruti Baleno comes with the same set of engines: K12M 1.2L VVT petrol and D13A 1.3L DDiS diesel. The petrol engine, available with a 5-speed MT or a CVT, produces 62 kW (84.30 PS) and 115 Nm of torque. The diesel engine is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. It develops 55.2 kW (75.05 PS) and 190 Nm of torque.
