The Yamaha R15 V3.0 is only available in a choice two colour options in India, along with the special MotoGP Edition. The digital rendering of the Yamaha R15 V3.0 takes influence from the colour options that are available in global markets. The digital render receives a ‘Competition White’ paint scheme along with black and fluorescent yellow decals on the front and side fairing, and on the rear cowl.
The 17-inch alloy wheels receive the fluorescent yellow treatment as well, while the exhaust, front fender, side cowl and tail section feature matte black finish. Apart from the updated paint scheme, the digital the R15 V3.0 remains unchanged.
The Indonesian-spec Yamaha R15 V3.0 comes in Yellow/Black and Special Edition Black/Gold paint schemes. On the other hand, the Vietnam-spec model receives a Matte Black and Matte Red colour options.

The company has reportedly started testing the Yamaha R15 V3.0 ABS variant in India, which could launch in the country by early 2019. The R15 V3.0 sources power from a 155 cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, fuel injected, SOHC engine that is capable of pumping out 19.3 PS of maximum power at 10,000 rpm along with 14.8 Nm of peak torque at 8,500 rpm.
The four-valve motor is mated to a 6-speed transmission with a slip-assist clutch as standard. The all-new 155cc engine features a segment-first VVA (Variable Valves Actuation) tech, which offers good low-end, mid-range and top-end performance. The two intake valve cams switch between each other at 7,400 rpm.

Suspension duties on the India-spec model are performed by 41 mm front telescopic forks and a bottom-link adjustable mono-shock at the back. Braking department is handled by a 282 mm single disc at the front and a 220 mm rotor at the rear. Currently, the Yamaha R15 V3.0 costs INR 1.52 lakh and INR 1.54 lakh (both the prices are ex-showroom Delhi, 2021), for the standard model and MotoGP edition, respectively. Yamaha R15 V3 White is not on sale at this point.
