Mahindra is readying a replacement for the ageing Mahindra Xylo - the Mahindra TUV300 Plus. Spy shots published on Team-BHP and Throttle Blips show the 9-seat SUV's interior more clearly than ever before.
The interior of the Mahindra TUV300 Plus looks the same as that of the Mahindra TUV300. The particular model in the spy shots is in a basic grade, and it lacks a multimedia system and even silver accents on the AC vents. The TUV300 has a 5+2 seating configuration as standard. In the TUV300 Plus, Mahindra will offer multiple seating configurations. Some grades will accommodate as many as nine people, with two jump seats for two passengers each behind the second-row bench.

On the outside, the Mahindra TUV300 Plus has a longer rear overhang and bigger quarter glass. While the TUV300’s rear looks flattish below the back glass, the TUV300 Plus’ same portion looks curvaceous. Its D-pillar is notably more forward-leaning. The registration plate housing has a different design, and the so do the tail lamps, which extend even further on the sides. The model in the spy shots has the mHawk120 engine under its hood. This is the 120 bhp 1.99-litre diesel unit that powers the Mahindra Scorpio in the Delhi-NCR region.
