TVS Scooty Zest 110 is the first automatic scooter to have reached Khardung La.
TVS Motor has updated the 2017 TVS Scooty Zest 110 to meet the BSIV emission norms. Unlike the TVS Jupiter which gets AHO, the Scooty Zest gets daytime running pilot lamps. The scooter gets four new matte based colours, a new 3D logo, under seat storage light, silver oak interior panels and dual tone seat colours.
Other features include a backlit speedometer, LED taillamp, textured floorboard, stainless steel muffler guard, optional dual seat colour, USB charging, 19-litre under seat storage, centre stand and kickstart. The matte colour options are Matte Blue, Matte Red, Matte Yellow and Matte Black.
The TVS Scooty Zest 110 also gets a front glove compartment and two highly accessible hooks.

Tipping the scales at 98.5 kg, the TVS Scooty Zest 110 has a seat height of 760 mm with 10-inch tubeless tyres at both ends. The scooter gets a 5-litre fuel tank and the company claims a fuel efficiency of 62 km/l. The scooter is suspended over telescopic forks at the front, and a double rated hydraulic monoshock in the rear. The company also claims that the TVS Scooty Zest 110 has the fastest acceleration in the segment.
110 mm drum unit in the front and a 130 mm unit in the rear handle the braking duties. Powering the TVS Scooty Zest 110 is a 109.7 cc four-stroke engine capable of 8.02 PS of maximum power at 7,500 rpm and 8.7 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm.
The 2017 TVS Scooty Zest 110 has been priced at INR 46,538 while the new matte colours cost INR 48,038 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
