The Bajaj Platina claims to be more comfortable than the competition in its segment.
The 2017 Bajaj Platina Comfortec BSIV is now available for sale at dealerships. The entry level motorcycle also gets Auto Headlamp On (AHO) which will help the motorcycle be easily visible to motorists at dawn, dusk and night.
The 2017 Bajaj Platina Comfortec is claimed to have a 28 percent longer front suspension. It also gets a spring soft seat, rubber footpegs and a 22 percent longer rear suspension. The motorcycle has a ground clearance of 200 mm.
The rear suspension setup in the 2017 Bajaj Platina BSIV gets spring within a spring setup to absorb additional jerks in comparison to conventional suspension setups. The bike is powered by a 100 cc DTS-i twinspark mill coupled to a 4-speed gearbox. The output figures though have not been revealed.

The efficiency figures for the bike also have been kept under wraps. The Bajaj Platina Comfortec BSIV claims a top speed of 90 km/h.
The 2017 Bajaj Platina BSIV has been priced at INR 45,985 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
