To be offered in manual and automatic versions.
This is the first sighting of the 2016 Toyota Innova on the road without any camouflage, courtesy of Muhammad Yusuf Lazuardi. The product brochure and official images of the 2016 model have already been leaked, ahead of its reported launch on November 23.
The 2016 Toyota Innova will initially be available in three variants - G, V and Q. It will be powered by a 2.0-litre petrol and a 2.4-litre diesel engine in Indonesia. Both engines will be offered with the choice of a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission.
Based on an all-new ladder frame platform that underpins the 2016 Toyota Fortuner and Hilux Revo, the all-new Innova gets a radically new styling characterized by a sizable trapezoidal airdam section with a dual-slat chrome grille. The latter is flanked by LED projector headlights and LED position lights. The rear end features split taillights, a spoiler with integrated LED brake lights and a rectangular windscreen.
