Few features carried over from the AWD model.
Renault has silently updated the 85 PS diesel top-end variants - RxL (Plus) and RxL (Option) - of the Renault Duster. The updated compact crossover was spied by Gaadi's reader Mr. Harish Bharti at a stockyard in Gurgaon.
The reader claims that the updated variants benefit from better NVH package on the engine bay in addition to an improved rubber seal for the doors which were first seen on the top-of-the-line Duster AWD.
The updated variants borrow quite a few features from the Duster AWD. The steering wheel is chunkier than before, the multi-information display on the instrument console (which has white backlight) now occupies a dedicated dial, the beige insert on the dashboard is of a different hue and there is a steering column mounted audio control stalk.
Renault has reportedly improved the overall fit, finish and paint quality of the Duster after the India-made Dacia Dusters garnered severe criticism in the UK for a rust issue.

The update is expected to be carried forward to the higher variants of the 110 PS diesel version as well.
