May be unsuitable for Indian market.
The first look of the second generation Honda Fit/Jazz Shuttle has been provided by leaked patent drawings published on Joke For Blog. The Shuttle is the estate variant of the Jazz that is sold in select markets since 2011 also as the 'Airwave'.
The drawings reveal that the car has a notably longer wheelbase while the basic design is borrowed from the Honda City. As the chassis is shared with the Jazz/City, the car would offer features like the Honda Magic Seat, six airbags, VSA, cruise control, 7-inch touch screen and touch-operation for the HVAC, 1.5L i-DTEC engine + 6-speed manual and 1.5-liter i-VTEC petrol engine with 5-speed manual/7-speed stepped CVT.
In Japan, the car could come in a hybrid version with a 1.5L Atkinson Cycle engine paired to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The estate could also get a 4X4 variant, a bigger boot (outgoing model has a 590-liter capacity with all seats in place), while fuel economy is expected to better the outgoing Shuttle's 18 km/l for the petrol variant and 25 km/l for the hybrid (JC08 formula).

The station wagon is a failure model in India, but the stretched hatchback with more headroom and three-rows of seats has worked out for Honda and Maruti in India.
