Next generation hatchback starts appearing at many dealerships ahead of August 11 launch.
Hyundai India will launch the next generation i20 on August 11, and ahead of the launch, the car has been spotted at dealerships in various cities. Set to be called the 'Elite i20', the car in these images is the top-end Asta trim fitted with the 1.4-liter CRDi diesel engine matched to a 6-speed manual transmission.

HMIL (Hyundai Motor India Limited) say that the new i20's India launch will in fact mark the world debut of the vehicle, which is due to be revealed for the European market at the Paris Motor Show this October.

Designed by the company's European design center in Rüsselsheim, Germany, the Elite i20 makes use of Hyundai's Fluidic Sculpture v2.0 language. As seen in these images, it comes with a long bonnet, a trapezoidal grille, diamond-cut 16-inch alloy wheels, black C-Pillars and LED taillights.
