BMW shocked the nation when it’s released its mini SAV - BMW X1 for an affordable price tag. The BMW X1 so far has had a dominant uncontested run in the Indian market. If you are someone who is thoroughly impressed by the BMW X1, you need to check this one out!

After getting you the rendering of the Audi Q3, here we have some spyshots of the SUV being tested in Europe. We expect the styling to be on similar lines like the Q7 only smaller; much much smaller.

The new SUV will be based on the Volkswagen Tiguan platform but with a tweaked suspension for excellent handling. The engine options that are expected to include a 2.0-liter TFSI with 168 hp and 211 PS and a 2.0-liter TDI with 168 hp. They will be mated to the usual manual/automatic transmission choices.

It will likely be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September and shortly after the international debut, it will be brought to India where it should be assembled at Audi’s assembly line in Aurangabad.

The X1 days may be going great but are certainly short-lived if Audi's promising Q3 is priced aggressively ;)

If the Q3 is too expensive for you, then hang in there. We're receiving reports of Audi working on a smaller Q1 model for a mid decade release.
