Yamaha Indonesia also exports the Yamaha X-Max 250 to Europe.
Yamaha Indonesia has started accepting online bookings for the 2017 Yamaha X-Max 250. The subsidiary had displayed the vehicle first at the Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS) 2016 and at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2017 this month, and has received a satisfactory response for introducing the vehicle.
Bookings for the Yamaha X-Max 250 is open online until May 28, 2017 (midnight). The booking amount has been fixed at IDR 5 million.
The Yamaha X-Max 250 is powered by a liquid-cooled, single cylinder, SOHC, fuel injected mill which is capable of producing 22.84 PS of maximum power at 7,000 rpm and 24.3 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm. The scooter tips the scales at 179 kg and has a 13-litre fuel tank.

The Yamaha X-Max 250 gets features like adjustable windshield & handlebar, analogue speedo and tacho with LCD Multi-Information Display, tubeless tyres, disc brakes at both ends with ABS, hazard lamps and LED headlight & taillamp with DRL. The maxi-scooter also gets a charging socket and under seat storage big enough to store two full-size helmets, a smart key system and traction control.

The scooter is suspended over standard telescopic fork up front and twin shocks in the rear. Colour options include Masculine Grey, Elegant White, Ultimate Bronze and Racing Yellow. The Yamaha X-Max 250 has been priced in Indonesia at IDR 55 million (OTR, Jakarta).
