The Yamaha R15 Ohlins Special Edition has been launched in Indonesia at IDR 32.8 million (INR 1.66 lakhs) on-road Jakarta. The R15 SE will be open for order between March 15 and April 14 and can be booked online at the R15's official website.
The R15 Ohlins SE is based on the 2016 R15 that has been launched alongside this version. There is no mechanical or cosmetic change apart from the new rear shock absorber. The styling and colour choices are carried over from the standard YZF-R15. The colour options are Speed Grey, Supernova White, Blue Race all of which are based on the company's new 'Street Racer' design theme.

The standard 2016 Yamaha R15 is priced at IDR 29.8 million (INR 1.51 lakhs) OTR Jakarta. It is powered by a 149 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with a Fuel Injection system and SOHC, mated to a six-speed transmission. The engine produces 16.5 PS at 8,500 rpm and 14.5 Nm at 7,500 rpm.
