The Renault Twingo La Parisienne has been showcased at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show. Here are the limited edition Twingo’s images from the show.
The production of the Renault Twingo La Parisienne is limited to 2,000 units. The Twingo measures 3,595 mm in length, 1,647 mm in width and 1,557 mm in height. The hatchback gets a maximum boot capacity of 980 litres with the rear seats folded down.
The La Parisienne comes with an exclusive Pistachio Green non-metallic finish with gloss black door mirrors and grille beading, plus diamond-cut 16-inch aluminium alloy wheels incorporating Pistachio Green centre caps and chrome rings. The side bodywork gets bespoke La Parisienne graphics, while the body-colour side protective mouldings feature La Parisienne badging. There is an optional screen-printed folding canvas roof as well (pictured).
The interior of the car is based on the Intens+ variant but gets enhance visual elements via a special Pistachio Green pack (air vent and instrument surrounds, steering wheel trim); plus a Comfort Pack which includes automatic climate control, rain and light sensors, fog lights with cornering function. The car also gets rear parking sensors and specific leather/fabric upholstery with top-stitched armrest covers.
Power for the La Parisienne comes from a 999cc 3-cylinder SCe 70 engine that makes 70 PS of power and mates with a 5-speed manual transmission. The engine comes with an optional Stop & Start function and 6-speed automatic double clutch gearbox. There's a TCe 90 898cc petrol engine as well, which makes 90 PS of power and 135 Nm of torque. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic EDC.
Driving aids include lane departure warning; electronic stability control; cruise control with speed limiter; rear parking sensors; hill-start assist and automatic headlights. Prices for Twingo La Parisienne start from €14,700 in France.
