Renault displayed a super good looking Fluence Black Edition at the 2012 Delhi Auto Expo. It sports features such as 17 inch black alloy wheels, body graphics, chrome trimmings on its body, rear spoiler and Black Edition badges.
Drive comes from the well known 1.5-liter K9K diesel engine that produces 106PS and 249Nm. Renault India has not discussed the future of this model though our friends at MotorBeam.com believe there is a production possibility. In the D segment the Corolla Altis arguably has had the most number of special editions.
At times companies plant special editions when the competition is gearing up for a launch. Honda's new Civic, Ford's Focus and the Cruze facelift have started their journey to India. When they begin landing, the Fluence Black edition could make a strong case for itself.
