The Production version of the TVS Graphite scooter has been spied on a highway in Karnataka.
YouTube user ‘One Life To Travel’ captured the video. The Aprilia SR 150 rider is found chasing the test mule at speeds of around 110 kmph over long stretches. It is apparent that the scooter is capable of doing high-speeds and will be a performance scooter offering from TVS. Here’s the video:
We share this video for the purpose of informing readers about the upcoming vehicle and in no way promote speeding, weaving or rash usage of a vehicle. We request readers to follow local speed laws and wear appropriate gear while using a two-wheeler.
The scooter features a sporty bodywork, and the wheels are alloys. Going by its high-speed performance, it is likely that the scooter employs a 150cc motor. TVS Motor showcased the concept version of the scooter at the 2014 Auto Expo. The technological innovation on the Graphite was its AMT gearbox with paddle shifters. It used an active LED console to display vital vehicle information, ride data and provide connectivity.

The Graphite also featured an inbuilt immobilizer and a smart electronic key. The Graphite concept employed 30 mm telescopic front fork and a rear gas-charged monoshock. Brakes included petal discs on both ends, with dual channel dynamic ABS. The frame is a high-tensile steel underbone-type unit. The production Graphite has telescopic front forks and a single rear shock absorber.
When launched, the scooter will rival the Aprilia SR 150, which is the only 150cc performance scooter in India at present. The scooter was spied before in October.
