The logo of the Mahindra Mojo has been unveiled today. Mahindra Two Wheelers says it has "a sharp impactful design" aimed at creating a distinct identity for its first motorcycle in the premium segment.
"The logo amalgamates the motorcycle’s bold predator styling and unparalleled performance with Mahindra’s DNA of being bold, tough and masculine," the company said today.
The Mojo will compete with the likes of KTM Duke 390, the upcoming Royal Enfield Himalayan and Benelli TNT 25. It is powered by a single-cylinder 295 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine with DOHC, dishing out 27 PS maximum power at 8,000 rpm and 30 Nm peak torque at 6,000 rpm, teamed up with a 6-speed gearbox.
The sports tourer is built with top-spec hardware, that includes 37 mm (inner) dia inverted telescopic fork, monoshock suspension at the rear, 320 mm front disc brake (largest in segment), 240 mm rear disc brake, 110/70/ZR17 and 150/60/ZR17 tyres (sizes similar to KTM Duke 390's), a 21-litre fuel tank and two exhaust cans (one on each side).
