Top-end models get a touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto.
The interior of a lower-spec Fiat Argo was spied by an anonymous follower of Ferd, while the top-spec Argo Sporting variant's interior was teased in a video shared by the manufacturer. The Fiat Punto successor is expected to go on sale next month in Brazil.
The Argo Sporting will have a dual tone red and black interior with chrome and faux carbon fibre trim pieces, while the lower-spec model has an all-black interior. The steering wheel and aircon controls are similar to the Fiat Tipo, while rest of the cabin gets a unique design. The centre console has three HVAC vents under which sit the buttons for the ASR, start/stop system and emergency lights, as well as an automatic climate control (manual system with knobs in lower variants).
Noticeable in the Argo Sporting are the large colour MID and a floating touchscreen system, with buttons and a couple of knobs on either side. In the video, the system is showcased running Android Auto, thus confirming its presence. It's unclear if Apple CarPlay is also available in the connectivity suite. Lower models will feature a single-DIN audio system located above the HVAC vents, as shown below.
