The HB20-based sedan was launched in March and the car is slowly making its way into the top 20 cars of the Brazilian market. To get some more attention and hopefully convert it into numbers, Hyundai has released promotionals emphasizing on the product's features.
It is to be noted that even the entry level variant (comfort plus) is loaded with gadgets like dual front airbags, power windows, CD, MP3 music system that can also stream music via Bluetooth, steering-mounted controls and driver seat with height adjustment.
Meanwhile the HB20 hatchback finished in fourth position in overall sales in the last two months signifying that there hasn't been any measurable cannibalization from the sedan's launch.
The HB20S shares its 1.0L flex fuel engine with the hatchback, producing 80hp. A 1.6L flex fuel engine is another option, with 128hp output. The latter can be driven either via a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic transmission.
The HB20S features a 450-liter boot against the 300-liter capacity in the HB20, while other features are no different.
