Hyundai displayed the Hyundai Grand Starex at the 2017 Bangkok International Motor Show in Thailand. The premium van is already on sale in the country and competes with the Kia Grand Carnival.
The Hyundai Grand Starex measures 5,125 mm in height, 1,920 mm in width and 1,925 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 3,200 mm. It is powered by the D4CB 2.5-litre turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine that produces 175 PS at 3,600 rpm and 441 Nm of torque between 2,000 rpm and 2,250 rpm. The Euro 4-compliant engine is paired to a 5-speed automatic transmission.
LED daytime running lights, courtesy lights, 17-inch alloy wheels, power sliding rear doors, ambient light, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with DVD input and Wi-Fi connectivity, rear-seat entertainment system with an electrically 22-inch full HD LCD screen and DVD and audio system, roof-mounted 13.3-inch full HD LCD screen, captain seats with power leg rests, 360-degree camera, dual-front airbags and ESP are some of the key features of the Hyundai Grand Starex.

The Hyundai Grand Starex is available in two trim levels: Premium and VIP. Four colour choices are available: Arctic White, Timeless Black, Hyper Metallic and Sahara Bronze.
