Production-spec Honda CBR250RR - Rendering

To compete with the Yamaha R25.

Young Machine magazine has released a new rendering of the Honda CBR250RR which proposes what the production version will look like. The rendering includes rear view mirrors, turn indicators and a standard exhaust can on the speculative CBR250RR.

The Honda CBR250RR is anticipated to be the production version of the Honda Light Weight Super Sport Concept that was unveiled to the world at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show. Technical details of the model are yet to be revealed, as the company hasn't yet mentioned about the CBR250RR being under development.

The CBR250RR is expected to be launched in Indonesia in the first half of next year.

The model is expected to feature an inline-twin cylinder engine of 250 cc displacement, Up-Side Down fork, narrow twin-LED headlights, small LED DRLs, clip-on handle bars, a sizable fuel tank, edgy fairing and body work, a split seat arrangement, an LED taillamp, a large exhaust can, monoshock rear suspension and disc brakes on both wheels.

The Honda CBR250RR will compete with the likes of the Yamaha R25 and the Kawasaki Ninja 250. It is expected to be unveiled early next year and launch in Indonesia by the first half of 2016.
