On sale in Europe.
ZigWheels reports that Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) will present the Honda CB125F at the Auto Expo 2016 in Greater Noida, early next month and launch the model in the country by mid-2016. The publication says that the CB125F will fill the void left by the Honda CB Stunner and be positioned as the new flagship 125 cc motorcycle in the company's stable.
HMSI is currently the leader in the 125 cc motorcycle segment in India chiefly because of the popularity of the Honda CB Shine. The model recently received a new flagship variant, the Honda CB Shine SP, which is offered with updated styling and a five-speed gearbox.
While the Shine caters to the commuter market, the CB125F could be marketed as the most premium offering in the 125 cc motorcycle segment in India targeting the youth. Honda could gauge market response from visitors to the show.

The Honda CB125F is currently being offered in some European markets with a 125 cc air-cooled single-cylinder fuel-injected engine that produces 10 PS and 10.2 Nm of torque. If the model is launched in India, it is likely that it will use the engine seen on the Honda CB Shine SP that produces 10.6 PS and 10.3 Nm of torque.
