In more updates, Anupam Thareja, Co-Founder, Classic Legends, has confirmed via Twitter that the deliveries of the rear disc brake and dual-channel variants of the Jawa Classic and Forty-Two will start in this week. Thareja revealed the details while addressing a customer query directed to him. Regular readers would know that Classic Legends commenced the deliveries of the rear drum brake and single-channel ABS variants of the motorcycle in March this year. The motorcycles have been priced* at:

Apart from the rear disc brake and the addition of a dual-channel ABS, there are no changes on the new variants. Both, the Jawa Classic and Forty-Two use the 293 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC engine that churns out 27 BHP and 28 Nm of torque. The motor is claimed to return 37.5 km/l (ARAI certified fuel economy).
