India-based Car Chic Automotive has introduced a new aftermarket grille for the new Hyundai Creta that comes with cool LED effects; the kind you would see in a fancy concept car. The cost of purchasing the grille is INR 14,999, which doesn't include installation.

The grille has three dagger-like slats that are illuminated by LEDs. In normal mode, they illuminate a cool blue colour throughout the day and night. When one of the turn indicators are on, the respective grille portion also illuminates dynamically, so that motorists in front don't miss your turn indicators. Likewise, the whole grille lights up when the hazard lights are on.

According to the listing in their website, the grille is available in limited numbers, and given the flurry of positive comments and enquiries in the company's Facebook page, it won't be long before they exhaust stock. Although not listed, the Creta featured also has LED accents around the fog lamps and bumper, which work in sync with the Blaze grille. Overall, it's a great alternative to the stock LED DRLs that the facelifted new Creta received this year.

Speaking of which, the new Creta was rolled out in May at prices starting from INR 9.44 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) to INR 15.04 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Within just ten days of launch, Hyundai had received over 14,000 bookings. The Korean manufacturer is consistently recording a monthly sales of over 10,000 units, which is quite an outstanding figure for a compact premium SUV.
