Bajaj, through its authorised distributor Hansraj Hulaschand & Co. Pvt. Ltd., has showcased the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 at the 2017 NADA Auto Show. The naked bike costs NPR 2,92,900.
The Pulsar NS200 comes with a 199.5cc single cylinder, triple spark SOHC 4-valve engine with liquid cooling. The BS4-compliant mill is capable of producing 23.52 PS of peak power at 9,500 rpm and 18.3 Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm. A 6-speed gearbox does duty in the bike. The bike can reach a claimed top-speed of 136 kmph.

A 37 mm front telescopic fork and a Nitrox rear monoshock suspend the pressed-steel perimeter frame. Braking responsibilities are handled by a 280 mm front and a 230 mm rear disc. A 100-section front and a 130-section rear tubeless tyres wrap the 17-inch alloy wheels.
The motorcycle features back-lit switchgear, and an analogue-digital combo cluster with shift light. The fuel tank can hold 12 litres of juice and the motorcycle weighs 145 kg, kerb. The 2017 iteration of the bike gets Always Headlamp On (AHO) feature, an underbelly fairing and a refreshed paint scheme. The distributor also showcased Bajaj’s flagship motorcycle, the Dominar 400 at the auto show. The Dominar is dearer than the NS200 by NPR 1,77,000.
