Both motorcycles are based on the 200 NS's platform.
Bajaj Auto would be looking to add 15,000 units to its monthly sales thanks to the launch of its Adventure Sports motorcycles. Launched on April 14, the Adventure Sports range comprises of the Pulsar AS 150 and the Pulsar AS 200.
According to a report on Autocar Professional, Bajaj is looking to sell 5,000-10,000 units of the Pulsar AS 150 and between 2,000-5,000 units of the Pulsar AS 200. The former is priced at INR 79,000 while the latter costs INR 91,550, ex-Showroom, New Delhi.
Both motorcycles are based on the 200 NS's perimeter frame, and measure 2,070 mm in length, 804 mm in width, 1,205 mm in height and 1,363 mm in wheelbase. The AS 150 is powered by a 149.5 cc single-cylinder air-cooled DTS-i engine which makes 17 PS and 13 Nm of torque. The AS 200 uses the 200 NS's 199.5 cc liquid-cooled engine to produce 23.5 PS and 18.3 Nm of torque.
Where the AS 200 is shod with disc brakes for the front and rear, the AS 150 gets only a front disc. ABS is not offered on either of these motorcycles.

Apart from a fairing, the AS 150 and the AS 200 get a projector headlight. The motorcycles are available in three colors - Red, Blue and Black.
